MISSION OF THE ACADEMY


For a player to be successful, he or she must first learn to work, then compete, and eventually win.






    How to Work:

  • 23 hours of on-court training (weekly)
  • 8 - 10 hours of off-court training (weekly)
  • Individual training program to ensure each players development
  • Peak Performance Workout Analysis completed by players and coaches
  • Private instruction with ATA coaches
  • How to Compete:

  • Specific point play to simulate tight situations in tournaments
  • Supervised match play with top national and ITF juniors
  • Individual meetings with coaches about specific strengths and weaknesses in competition
  • How to Win

  • Mental toughness discussions and training on the court
  • Individual meetings about goals and tournament scheduling to correspond with ability and challenge
  • Tournament play analysis sheet
  • Video analysis of tournament matches
  • Tournament travel team for sectional, national, and ITF events
