The full-time program is unique in that all of a player’s training needs are met in the daily curriculum.  With live ball, dead ball and competitive points play, matches, comprehensive fitness, on and off-court mental training, and individualized information, a player has everything he or she needs to improve rapidly.  With the ATA Tournament team competing most weekends, players can gain the experience they need to become champions while enjoying the rich social aspects of team training and support.  An individual sport in a team atmosphere-the best of both worlds!

Tennis Session 2: 2:30-4:00
Fitness: 4:00-5:00

Wednesday:
Tennis Session 1: 11:00 -2:00

Classroom (Mental Training): 3:00-4:00
Classroom (Yoga/Stretching): 4:00-5:00

Friday:

ATA TRAINING METHOD:

 

6 CORE TRAINING TOPICS:

Program will be structured based on the ATA Training Method. ATA Training Method
consists of 6 major topics, structured to ensure the greatest development of each and every player.

One or two topics will be incorporated daily in the workout, this will help players know what to focus on. Players will be continuously evaluated and held accountable to their progress.

1. Dynamic Footowork: Skill set for all shots

2. Serves: Technique / Variety / Consistency

3. Return Serve: Counterpunching vs. Dictating

4. Groundstrokes: TSP - Target/Spin/Power

5. Strategic Mastery: Countering pushers, power
    tennis & controlling points

6. Finish Points: Skillful transition & net game
